Narrative:
During the flight, aft flight attendant called to inform me that several children were jumping from seat to seat and that surrounding passenger were getting upset. I spoke to one of the parents from the group. Her response, 'they are kids. What do you want me to do?' the seatbelt sign was illuminated due to turbulence throughout the flight. However, the parents were not complying with crew members' instructions. The children, as well as the parents, were up and about. Upon arrival into la guardia, we had to wait for a gate. I received a call from main cabin indicating that the children were running in the aisle. I made 4 announcements in regards to seatbelt sign is illuminated, but no one complied. After several calls from main cabin, I proceeded to main cabin and that was when passenger jumped up in a very intimidating way and said 'what the (expletive), our seatbelt is on.' the verbal abuse was too much for me to handle. I then informed the captain. He made an announcement that if the children were not seated, he would make the parents responsible. That was when main cabin called and said that they were chanting a phrase, and that they should get arrested. They didn't care, at least they would get out of the aircraft first. As the airplane was taxiing, I noticed the children were still standing in the aisle. I informed the captain and security was called. When police arrived, I informed the officer that the gentlemen, who verbally abused me with profanity, should be arrested for not following crew members' instructions, and explained the federal offense of that consequence. Also, they were intimidating the crew. When the gentlemen came off the aircraft and was questioned by the police, he proceeded to point at me and started screaming at me, 'you should be the one to get (expletive) arrested for letting us situation there, you (expletive).' again, port authority/authorized police did nothing. At this point I was escorted to my next flight, while they were being questioned. They still (the group) proceeded to scream at the crew, including profanity words. The next day I called the FAA to report this incident. The passenger should be fined and or penalized for their actions, to the full extent of the law.

Title: A B767 PURSER RPTED THAT CHILDREN, BELONGING TO A GROUP, WERE UP WHEN THE SEATBELT SIGN WAS ILLUMINATED. INTERVENTION WAS MET WITH PROFANITY AND UNWILLINGNESS TO OBEY THE CABIN CREW. POLICE WERE INEFFECTIVE, UPON LNDG.
Narrative: DURING THE FLT, AFT FLT ATTENDANT CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT SEVERAL CHILDREN WERE JUMPING FROM SEAT TO SEAT AND THAT SURROUNDING PAX WERE GETTING UPSET. I SPOKE TO ONE OF THE PARENTS FROM THE GROUP. HER RESPONSE, 'THEY ARE KIDS. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?' THE SEATBELT SIGN WAS ILLUMINATED DUE TO TURB THROUGHOUT THE FLT. HOWEVER, THE PARENTS WERE NOT COMPLYING WITH CREW MEMBERS' INSTRUCTIONS. THE CHILDREN, AS WELL AS THE PARENTS, WERE UP AND ABOUT. UPON ARR INTO LA GUARDIA, WE HAD TO WAIT FOR A GATE. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MAIN CABIN INDICATING THAT THE CHILDREN WERE RUNNING IN THE AISLE. I MADE 4 ANNOUNCEMENTS IN REGARDS TO SEATBELT SIGN IS ILLUMINATED, BUT NO ONE COMPLIED. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS FROM MAIN CABIN, I PROCEEDED TO MAIN CABIN AND THAT WAS WHEN PAX JUMPED UP IN A VERY INTIMIDATING WAY AND SAID 'WHAT THE (EXPLETIVE), OUR SEATBELT IS ON.' THE VERBAL ABUSE WAS TOO MUCH FOR ME TO HANDLE. I THEN INFORMED THE CAPT. THEY DIDN'T CARE, AT LEAST THEY WOULD GET OUT OF THE ACFT FIRST. AS THE AIRPLANE WAS TAXIING, I NOTICED THE CHILDREN WERE STILL STANDING IN THE AISLE. I INFORMED THE CAPT AND SECURITY WAS CALLED. WHEN THE GENTLEMEN CAME OFF THE ACFT AND WAS QUESTIONED BY THE POLICE, HE PROCEEDED TO POINT AT ME AND STARTED SCREAMING AT ME, 'YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE TO GET (EXPLETIVE) ARRESTED FOR LETTING US SIT THERE, YOU (EXPLETIVE).' AGAIN, PORT AUTH POLICE DID NOTHING. AT THIS POINT I WAS ESCORTED TO MY NEXT FLT, WHILE THEY WERE BEING QUESTIONED. THEY STILL (THE GROUP) PROCEEDED TO SCREAM AT THE CREW, INCLUDING PROFANITY WORDS. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE FAA TO RPT THIS INCIDENT. THE PAX SHOULD BE FINED AND OR PENALIZED FOR THEIR ACTIONS, TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
