Narrative:

Aircraft was pushed off gate, crew radioed that #1 thrust reverser overhead light illuminated. My crew attempted engine accessory unit reset, unsuccessful, advised crew to return to gate. Aircraft did not return to gate. Called maintenance control to advise of situation. Aircraft air returned. Aircraft removed from service. I installed MEL 78-1, downgraded to cati. I inadvertently neglected to note engine accessory unit recorded faults in logbook entry in accordance with MEL sp-78. All other requirements of MEL 78-1 executed normally.
