Narrative:
After taking off from north las vegas airport, approach/departure told me to fly to the numbers 19 and then to the numbers 25 and then to turn to a heading of 180 degrees. I had never received instructions like these before and I flew to 19 numbers and temporarily flew a heading of 190 degrees until ATC gave me vectors. Afterwards, I now understand what they wanted me to do. If I encounter (when I encounter) similar instructions in the future, I'll anticipate no confusion. My lack of flying experience in class B airspace contributed to the confusion.
