Narrative:
LJ35 at FL370 lost pressure and descended on own after declaring emergency. Traffic was A320 at FL280. Both pilots saw traffic. Lear continued to descend and landed. Supplemental information from acn 611885: the learjet lost pressure and declared emergency. He began a rapid descent and was asked to maintain an altitude and traffic was called. He said unable.

Title: ZID CTLR EXPERIENCED LTSS DURING AN EMER DSCNT AT FL280 BTWN AN LJ35 AND AN A320 IN LEVEL FLT BELOW.
Narrative: LJ35 AT FL370 LOST PRESSURE AND DSNDED ON OWN AFTER DECLARING EMER. TFC WAS A320 AT FL280. BOTH PLTS SAW TFC. LEAR CONTINUED TO DSND AND LANDED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 611885: THE LEARJET LOST PRESSURE AND DECLARED EMER. HE BEGAN A RAPID DSCNT AND WAS ASKED TO MAINTAIN AN ALT AND TFC WAS CALLED. HE SAID UNABLE.
