Narrative:
Cross threshold to runway 18 at 103 KTS on centerline. On rollout at about 40 KTS, aircraft moved to right. Tried to correct, but aircraft would not come back and departed runway at about 30 KTS. Rolled across grass and mud and stopped. No damage to aircraft or passenger. Mechanic later said that I had only 2 degrees of left steering due to misrigging.
