Narrative:
During climb out of cwa, right oil pressure low oil master warning annunciator activated. As power was being reduced, the right engine failed. After completing appropriate memory action items and checklists, an emergency was declared with ZMP and a visual approach was made back to cwa without incident. The aircraft pulled on to the taxiway and the passenger were deplaned unharmed. Supplemental information from acn 613786: the oil psi was dropping rapidly. I immediately instructed the first officer to reduce power on the right engine. A normal landing was made with fire equipment standing by. It was later learned the oil scavenger line elbow had broke, and pumped the engine oil overboard.

Title: B190 FLT CREW EXPERIENCES LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE AND ENG AUTOFEATHER AND SHUTDOWN DURING CLBOUT.
Narrative: DURING CLB OUT OF CWA, R OIL PRESSURE LOW OIL MASTER WARNING ANNUNCIATOR ACTIVATED. AS PWR WAS BEING REDUCED, THE R ENG FAILED. AFTER COMPLETING APPROPRIATE MEMORY ACTION ITEMS AND CHKLISTS, AN EMER WAS DECLARED WITH ZMP AND A VISUAL APCH WAS MADE BACK TO CWA WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE ACFT PULLED ON TO THE TXWY AND THE PAX WERE DEPLANED UNHARMED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 613786: THE OIL PSI WAS DROPPING RAPIDLY. I IMMEDIATELY INSTRUCTED THE FO TO REDUCE PWR ON THE R ENG. A NORMAL LNDG WAS MADE WITH FIRE EQUIP STANDING BY. IT WAS LATER LEARNED THE OIL SCAVENGER LINE ELBOW HAD BROKE, AND PUMPED THE ENG OIL OVERBOARD.
