Narrative:
Normal operation in all respects until V1, on takeoff roll. Toga power takeoff, flaps 20 degrees, progressive engine failure beginning at V1. Continued takeoff, secured engine, accomplished emergency return procedures, declared an emergency and made an engine out, overweight landing. Extensive hot section damage to #2 engine and some shrapnel damage to aircraft aft of #2 engine.
