Narrative:
After takeoff from runway 32 at mie, we turned left on course as approved. As we passed by the threshold to runway 32 on a heading of 190 degrees, I observed an aztec starting takeoff roll. Several mins later, the aztec overtook us directly from the rear, approximately 50 ft to the left, and 50 ft above us. The aztec made a gentle turn to the left, and descended several hundred ft before losing visual contact.
