Narrative:
After takeoff, passenger used aft r-hand center lavatory. After flushing, a 'loud noise' occurred and became exaggerated as flight continued. Captain declared emergency when noise could not be stopped. Electrical failure was suspected. Fire trucks were visible when we landed. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the cause of the noise was reported to be a stuck valve in the waste water system.
