Narrative:

My flight was cleared to lahso runway 22L at bos. A B777 was landing runway 27. The B777 stated he could not accept a landing in this situation. Bos tower issued 'air carrier X go around,' which we immediately complied with. The B777 on his own initiated a go around. Bos tower issued us a hard right turn to 300 degrees on climb 3000 ft. The B777 was given a left turn and climb 2000 ft. I don't know how close but it was very close. Talked to the tower supervisor and explained the B777 initiated a go around on his own.
