Narrative:
In-flight medical emergency for 2 passenger -- 1 vomiting uncontrollably and the other with a significant nosebleed. Both passenger required in-flight medical attention from an available emt and 2 available physicians. Purser completed medical emergency and accident report forms from the 'faom' for both passenger. Our actions were to notify dispatcher when the events initiated and as we continued to see development of the situation. We became a lifeguard designation at approximately 11000 ft over cedes intersection and were cleared directly to samul intersection on the FMS bridge visual. We were given expeditious handling to sfo and approach and arrival proceeded without incident. All normal checklists were completed in a timely fashion and all speed restrs for ATC and aircraft were complied with. We were cleared for runway 28L. We cleared at a normal taxi speed at high speed taxiway T and joined taxiway B. Maximum taxi speed to gate was 24 KTS. Emt's met the aircraft in a timely fashion. Passenger were removed first and crew members debriefed and exchanged information. All flight attendants were advised per fom to contact company medical if they felt they had been exposed to an infectious agent.
