Narrative:
Engine #2 flamed out at FL370. This prompted an immediate descent to conserve airspeed and an emergency was declared with center. At FL330, an unsuccessful restart was made. Considering the circumstances, I determined continuing to our destination of sdf was a safe alternative. The flight proceeded to sdf and landed uneventfully. The problem appeared to be caused by a faulty fuel xfeed valve.
