Narrative:

During back-taxi turn at ZZZ, I had a gear unlock light accompanied by the gear horn for approximately 3 seconds. Instead of aborting the flight for the unsafe indication, I continued the taxi turn and returned to ZZZ1 airport without further incident, and wrote the item up for maintenance. The aircraft was grounded from further flight. Supplemental information from acn 615411: aircraft was hangared, jacked, and a complete landing gear inspection and retraction test performed in accordance with C402 service manual. No defects were noted. Probable cause: turning the aircraft 180 degrees at a fast. Pace aircraft released for service. Aircraft is grounded pending further investigation.
