Narrative:
Regarding flight xyz, no moderate or severe turbulence was in effect or forecasted with WX system. Flight reported severe turbulence at FL300 over etx. 4 injuries -- the #3 and #6 flight attendants were hurt. No broken bones but possible strained neck and back. The #2 and #9 flight attendants' injuries were minor. After physician checked and said they were ok and could probably continue to lax, captain and myself decided no emergency declared, and aircraft was overweight for landing. All necessary personnel notified. Aircraft had maintenance inspection, flight attendants replaced and flight continued to lax.
