Narrative:

On a cross country flight to cle, I was informed by mansfield approach to contact the supervisor at dayton approach. Upon arrival back to cle, I contacted the supervisor who informed me that I violated a tfr over iln. Upon review of the fdc NOTAMS, I believe that I violated fdc 4/3810, which I received as part of a preflight briefing obtained from a computer flight planning web site. It is my belief that due to the length of the NOTAMS and lack of a graphical attachment, it was an oversight on my part.
