Narrative:

I was descending through an overcast layer, picking up moderate ice when we broke out. We had the airport in sight and were cleared for the visual approach. It was raining. One runway was standing out with a glare created by the rain and some sunlight breaking through the overcast. I was cleared to land on runway 24 and locked in on the one clearly visible runway. The only problem was that runway was runway 29. I landed on the wrong runway . The airport was bdr.
