Narrative:
On takeoff roll with normal toga on FMA's at rotation the flight director pitched down. At approximately 200 ft the throttles began to retard. Autothrottles were disengaged and flight directors cycled off then on. Autothrottles were then re-engaged and immediately began to retard, so autothrottles were again disengaged. We reselected VNAV and everything returned to normal. Autothrottles were again engaged and cleared normally.

Title: A B777-200 ON TKOF AT 200 FT, PITCHED DOWN AND THE AUTOTHROTTLE BEGAN TO RETARD ON THE RECYCLED TWICE NO HELP.
Narrative: ON TKOF ROLL WITH NORMAL TOGA ON FMA'S AT ROTATION THE FLT DIRECTOR PITCHED DOWN. AT APPROX 200 FT THE THROTTLES BEGAN TO RETARD. AUTOTHROTTLES WERE DISENGAGED AND FLT DIRECTORS CYCLED OFF THEN ON. AUTOTHROTTLES WERE THEN RE-ENGAGED AND IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO RETARD, SO AUTOTHROTTLES WERE AGAIN DISENGAGED. WE RESELECTED VNAV AND EVERYTHING RETURNED TO NORMAL. AUTOTHROTTLES WERE AGAIN ENGAGED AND CLRED NORMALLY.
