Narrative:
Surface craft moved into my approach path and near miss occurred. I took evasive action and landed (aligned) long. This operation may be perceived to be in violation of 91.13, even though no one was harmed and a safe outcome was obvious. However, all of that being said, I do not intend to operate that close to boats again, either during landing or takeoff. (Even if they're on my runway.)
