Narrative:

During descent at 8000 ft, as the throttles advanced, there was no response from all 3 engines. Oil pressures were 19 psi (engine #1), 22 psi (engine #2), 19 psi (engine #3). The engines were indicating 35% for all three. The FMC descent page was displaying 'confirm engine out.' the captain selected engine ignition override at which time all 3 engines spooled up. We declared an emergency and landed without any further problems.

Title: DURING DSCNT AND LEVELOFF AT 8000 FT THE FLT CREW OF AN MD11 CARGO FLT NOTED ALL 3 ENG INDICATIONS MATCHED A FLAMEOUT CONDITION PRIOR TO APCH TO ANC.

Narrative: DURING DSCNT AT 8000 FT, AS THE THROTTLES ADVANCED, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM ALL 3 ENGS. OIL PRESSURES WERE 19 PSI (ENG #1), 22 PSI (ENG #2), 19 PSI (ENG #3).
