Narrative:

Departure controller vectored us onto an intercept course with 2 aircraft -- 1 below and 1 above. 1 was 300 ft above, and 1 was 400 ft below us. 2 separate and conflicting RA's were issued. We deviated from clearance of 3000 ft up to 3300 ft, and then below 3000 ft to 2600 ft to comply with 'climb, climb' and 'descend, descend now' until 'clear of conflict,' then we returned to 3000 ft. Controller said it was 'adequate separation.' this was not only dangerous, but also reckless disregard for safety.
