Narrative:
We were on a vector and level at 10000 ft. Air carrier Y (B737) approached from our 3 O'clock position at 10000 ft. Received TA just as ATC said to climb, with no altitude, then gave climb to 15000 ft. The confusion was climb with no altitude!
