Narrative:

Immediately after rotation, leading edge flap in transit light illuminated and stick shaker activated. After 1 or 2 seconds, stick shaker stopped and all indications returned to normal. Remainder of climb out and flight, all system operated normally. During discussion with maintenance, it was noted that a similar event had occurred 2 weeks earlier. Flight continued to ord without incident and aircraft was turned over to maintenance upon arrival.

Title: A B737 FLT CREW NOTICE A FLAP SLAT IN TRANSIT LIGHT AFTER TKOF FOLLOWED BY A STICK SHAKER. THE PROB DIMINISHED. ACCORDING TO MAINT, IT WAS THE SECOND TIME ON THIS ACFT.

Narrative: IMMEDIATELY AFTER ROTATION, LEADING EDGE FLAP IN TRANSIT LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND STICK SHAKER ACTIVATED. AFTER 1 OR 2 SECONDS, STICK SHAKER STOPPED AND ALL INDICATIONS RETURNED TO NORMAL. REMAINDER OF CLBOUT AND FLT, ALL SYS OPERATED NORMALLY. DURING DISCUSSION WITH MAINT, IT WAS NOTED THAT A SIMILAR EVENT HAD OCCURRED 2 WKS EARLIER. FLT CONTINUED TO ORD WITHOUT INCIDENT AND ACFT WAS TURNED OVER TO MAINT UPON ARR.
