Narrative:
Aircraft X, on taxi out, contacted ground and was cleared, 'hold short runway 27 at taxiway B.' airbus on taxiway V came on frequency and queried his taxi instructions. Airbus was given, 'cross runway 27 at taxiway B.' aircraft clearance was changed, 'hold short of runway 27 at taxiway Y.' first officer of aircraft X notified ground of a B727 pushed back onto taxiway V, blocking taxiway Y. Aircraft X requested taxiway B and ground amended clearance, 'cleared to cross runway 27 at taxiway B.' after crossing taxiway B hold line, short of runway 27, an airbus pushed tail west onto taxiway V from spot. Push-out resulted in close wingtip spacing with aircraft X. Aircraft X stopped taxi and notified ground that aircraft was holding short of runway 27, beyond hold line, due to wingtip spacing conflict with airbus pushing onto taxiway V. Next acknowledgement from ground was for aircraft X to turn off taxi lights, shortly followed by a DC10 passing on takeoff on runway 27. Ground asked to confirm, we reported 'beyond taxiway B hold line.' after aircraft passed, ground gave aircraft X clearance to continue to runway 18L via taxiway B, taxiway Y.

Narrative: ACFT X, ON TAXI OUT, CONTACTED GND AND WAS CLRED, 'HOLD SHORT RWY 27 AT TXWY B.' AIRBUS ON TXWY V CAME ON FREQ AND QUERIED HIS TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. AIRBUS WAS GIVEN, 'CROSS RWY 27 AT TXWY B.' ACFT CLRNC WAS CHANGED, 'HOLD SHORT OF RWY 27 AT TXWY Y.' FO OF ACFT X NOTIFIED GND OF A B727 PUSHED BACK ONTO TXWY V, BLOCKING TXWY Y.
