Narrative:
At mgw sector at ZOB, a pit departure push was underway. Thunderstorms in the sector created many deviations and 'uret' had disabled so we were in the process of marking strips and coordinating deviating traffic and point outs. The radar controller mistakenly issued FL280 instead of FL260 as believed. I was on a landline at the time of the transmission. When air carrier X went through FL260, radar controller issued a vector to separate aircraft.
