Narrative:
On rotation departing phx experienced stick shaker and captain's eadi (electronic attitude display indicator) speed tape malfunction. Other 4 airspeed indicators operation was normal. Declared emergency, completed all appropriate checklists and returned to phx with an overweight landing at 126000 pounds, flaps 40 degrees. Taxied to the gate without need of assistance.
