Narrative:
During takeoff at cle runway 6C, the first officer was PNF. As he called V1, he announced a truck was on the runway. I continued to rotation. An abort could have resulted in a collision. There were 2 trucks working just west of the runway on runway 28. The offending truck entered out onto runway 6C and then reversed direction on runway 6C back to the west, as we overflew him. I asked the tower if he knew about him and his response was no and that he wasn't cleared onto the runway.
