Narrative:
On IFR departure from bfi about 500-800 ft AGL, our TCASII said 'traffic' then 'pull up, pull up.' then we saw C172/182 opposite direction and slightly right of course, perhaps straight-in heading to reciprocal runway at bfi. We alerted sea departure. No TA had been given by bfi tower or sea departure.
