Narrative:
Received aircraft X for ZZZ-ZZZ1, flight abcd. On preflight walkaround by the first officer he discovered a hydraulic line that was not attached properly. The line was the standby thrust reverser line and it was not attached to the standby power module located in the right wheel well, aft bulkhead. At the attachment point was what appeared to be a dust cover fitting. The airplane had been recently in hmv. Flight was cancelled after consultation with maintenance controller and the local mechanic.
