Narrative:
The hold short line on runway 31 at the intersection of taxiway D1 and taxiway C needs to be marked better, or moved down taxiway C to make it more visible. When exiting runway 6 when the runway is used to taxi, the tower instructs 'taxi to runway 31 via runway 6, exit D1.' the hold short line of runway 31 is barely visible when you exit at D1. Also, airport pages should have a hot spot on their charts in this area.
