Narrative:
Discrepancy, (B737-400) inner main gear door removed. Made note of the performance limited reductions, but failed to notice the maintenance note at the bottom of the page: 'when the right main gear door is removed, apply grease to the fuel xfeed valve actuator shaft per maintenance manual, remove and reapply grease daily until the door is reinstalled.' as a logbook notation was made on oct/tue/04, for this event, the crew taking the aircraft took a delay in securing the necessary grease and approval for this discrepancy.
