Narrative:
At pbi, I contacted tower on 119.1 and received landing clearance to runway 27L. At that time, tower cleared a B737 to take off on runway 27R. I became aware that his upwind rotation and my landing would be in close proximity. I selected half flap and maintained +10 KTS final approach speed. The nose pitched up and when I lowered it, I was lined up on close final to the parallel taxiway to runway 27L. There were no obstructions in view, so I landed. There was no 'X' on the taxiway. Sorry!
