Narrative:
On arrival iah gland seven, aircraft encountered light/moderate turbulence abeam airport in scattered/broken layer approximately 7000 ft MSL. Flight attendant was preparing to situation in aft flight attendant jump seat for landing when turbulence occurred. Movement of aircraft caused her to bump her head on bar cart next to jump seat. #1 flight attendant notified me on arrival at gate that incident occurred. Flight attendant was ambulatory and conscious and proceeded to company clinic for evaluation. Flight attendant schedules notified and captain irregularity report filed.

Title: WHILE PREPARING FOR LNDG LIGHT TO MODERATE TURB WAS ENCOUNTERED IN A B737. 1 FLT ATTENDANT'S HEAD BUMPED A SERVING CART NEXT TO THE JUMP SEAT.
Narrative: ON ARR IAH GLAND SEVEN, ACFT ENCOUNTERED LIGHT/MODERATE TURB ABEAM ARPT IN SCATTERED/BROKEN LAYER APPROX 7000 FT MSL. FLT ATTENDANT WAS PREPARING TO SIT IN AFT FLT ATTENDANT JUMP SEAT FOR LNDG WHEN TURB OCCURRED.
