Narrative:

On oct/fri/04, I installed passenger seat row XXXX, on aircraft. Seat was installed and secured per maintenance manual. I checked and seat was tight in tracks and not loose. I signed off book. Inspector approved. On oct/wed/04, I was notified passenger seat row 5ABC, had become loose in tracks and had to be resecured in seat tracks. This happened on oct/thu/04, 13 days after I had installed seat on aircraft.

Title: A B737-300 TECHNICIAN INSTALLED A COACH 3 SEAT ASSEMBLY PER MAINT MANUAL PROC. 13 DAYS LATER SEAT ASSEMBLY WAS FOUND LOOSE IN TRACKS.

Narrative: ON OCT/FRI/04, I INSTALLED PAX SEAT ROW XXXX, ON ACFT. SEAT WAS INSTALLED AND SECURED PER MAINT MANUAL. I CHKED AND SEAT WAS TIGHT IN TRACKS AND NOT LOOSE. I SIGNED OFF BOOK. INSPECTOR APPROVED. ON OCT/WED/04, I WAS NOTIFIED PAX SEAT ROW 5ABC, HAD BECOME LOOSE IN TRACKS AND HAD TO BE RESECURED IN SEAT TRACKS. THIS HAPPENED ON OCT/THU/04, 13 DAYS AFTER I HAD INSTALLED SEAT ON ACFT.
