Narrative:
Air carrier X checked on my frequency descending to 13000 ft. It was previously coordinated that he was on a heading 020 degrees. While doing other coordination I realized air carrier X was turning right. I stopped air carrier X descent and gave a left turn.

Title: A ZOB ARTCC RADAR CTLR DID NOT IMMEDIATELY NOTICE THAT A CRJ200 ACR WAS IN A R TURN WHEN THE PLT CALLED UP ON THE FREQ DSNDING.
Narrative: ACR X CHKED ON MY FREQ DSNDING TO 13000 FT. IT WAS PREVIOUSLY COORDINATED THAT HE WAS ON A HDG 020 DEGS. WHILE DOING OTHER COORD I REALIZED ACR X WAS TURNING R. I STOPPED ACR X DSCNT AND GAVE A L TURN.
