Narrative:
In cruise at FL350 about 280 NM northeast of ZZZ, notified by purser of medical emergency in cabin. Physician assistant on board recommended landing as passenger had symptoms of internal bleeding. After checking with ZZZ1 dispatch, changed destination to ZZZ and declared a medical emergency. Proceeded to ZZZ and landed uneventfully.
