Narrative:
While accomplishing sjc service check job card XXXX, discovered bird strike on right engine inlet cowl. Before completing paperwork for walkaround, a fellow mechanic got injured, assisted mechanic to medical attention. During confusion while completing paperwork, forgot to document bird strike.
