Narrative:
Ground cleared my aircraft to taxi to runway 13. On taxi to join taxiway B-2, I met a fuel truck. With a slight right turn I taxied on the edge of the short runway 20/2. I quickly exited with a 180 degree turnaround. In the future, I will proceed with more caution and where any doubt exists, I will request progressive instructions.
