Narrative:
International arrival ZZZ flight crew did not inform maintenance of logbook entry. Aircraft towed from gate abc to cabin attendant. Other maintenance performed (ie, walkaround and oil svced #1 engine). Time constraints and inconsistent MEL 52-11A maintenance procedures not clearly stated on applicable page for particular MEL. Also, flight YYY on nov/tue/04 pushed back early for its departure. Installed MEL 52-11A on aircraft X airplane had pushed early and maintenance procedures 52-11A were not complied with (ie, pull and collar per sp#1 circuit breakers as noted on page 52-11.3). Asked flight crew to return to gate in order to accomplish procedures. Aircraft taxied back to gate, accomplished sp#1 and aircraft returned to service. Aircraft left with no further abnormal occurrences.

Narrative: INTL ARR ZZZ FLT CREW DID NOT INFORM MAINT OF LOGBOOK ENTRY. ACFT TOWED FROM GATE ABC TO CAB. OTHER MAINT PERFORMED (IE, WALKAROUND AND OIL SVCED #1 ENG). ASKED FLT CREW TO RETURN TO GATE IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH PROCS. ACFT TAXIED BACK TO GATE, ACCOMPLISHED SP#1 AND ACFT RETURNED TO SVC. ACFT LEFT WITH NO FURTHER ABNORMAL OCCURRENCES.
