Narrative:
My aircraft was holding short at the departure end of runway 34. Nosewheel of my aircraft was just beyond hold short lines. Bonanza on short final called for go around stating my aircraft was beyond the hold short line. Runway is 7520 ft by 150 ft at ifp. My aircraft was still 20 ft from runway edge. By the letter of the law, I encroached protected runway environment, but not the runway itself. I have spoken with an aviation safety counselor and have taken proactive steps to improve my understanding of this issue.

Title: C320 PLT HAD A RWY INCURSION ON RWY 34 AT IFP.
Narrative: MY ACFT WAS HOLDING SHORT AT THE DEP END OF RWY 34. NOSEWHEEL OF MY ACFT WAS JUST BEYOND HOLD SHORT LINES. BONANZA ON SHORT FINAL CALLED FOR GAR STATING MY ACFT WAS BEYOND THE HOLD SHORT LINE. RWY IS 7520 FT BY 150 FT AT IFP. MY ACFT WAS STILL 20 FT FROM RWY EDGE. BY THE LETTER OF THE LAW, I ENCROACHED PROTECTED RWY ENVIRONMENT, BUT NOT THE RWY ITSELF. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH AN AVIATION SAFETY COUNSELOR AND HAVE TAKEN PROACTIVE STEPS TO IMPROVE MY UNDERSTANDING OF THIS ISSUE.
