On radar vectors to ILS runway 29 oak, level at 7000 ft MSL, norcal called mooney VFR traffic 11 O'clock position, climbing to 6500 ft MSL. TCASII and visual contact made. A5 mooney passed under nose. TCASII 'traffic, traffic' followed by 'climb, climb now.' complied with company policy/procedures, followed vsi to green. At 7400 ft MSL, TCASII 'clear of conflict.' descended back to 7000 ft MSL and reported alert to ATC norcal. Suggestion: keep light airplanes out of class B airspace VFR.
