Title: AN A300-600 ON DSCNT HAD LEADING EDGE SLATS FAIL TO EXTEND. TRAILING EDGE FLAPS EXTENDED NORMALLY. HAD BOTH DUAL SLAT LIGHTS ON OVERHEAD PANEL 'ON.'
