Narrative:
Departing teb from runway 24 on the teb 5 departure; I (the first officer) noticed a small aircraft at the level off altitude of 1500 ft. I then pitched up as directed by TCAS and climbed to 1670 ft; also getting a TCAS from above (a passenger flight); which then leveling at 1500 ft we were told to call TRACON. Supplemental information from acn 654499: told by ATC later (by phone) the other aircraft had to go around; but that we had not penetrated protected airspace.
