Narrative:
It was brought to my attention that the cotter pins for the axle nuts on the nose landing gear tires on aircraft were loose or missing. I had changed the tires on apr/mon/05. The tires were changed in accordance with maintenance manual and I know the cotter pins were installed correctly. As to why they were loose or gone I am not sure; but I am sure they were there when I was done.
