Narrative:
Found broken 'breeze' clamp on exhaust xover pipe during routine airworthiness directive 2000-01-16 paragraph B inspection. Checked parts catalog; specified different type clamp. I have replaced wrong part with wrong parts numerous occasions this and other 421B's; other mechanic have done the same. Breeze $2; correct part $95. Also; I have signed off airworthiness directive 2000-01-16 paragraph B and an engine change with wrong support clamp. Ordered part number 4012-62-238 for both nacelles and took aircraft OTS.
