Narrative:
Volume controls at all radar position at P31 are set to standards which are too low. Airways facilities has already checked them and said that they are in perfect tolerance. Myself and at least 60% of the fpl's are having to work with the volume control all of the way up. When the radar room is quiet; the volume level is fine. When it gets busy; I and numerous others need more volume! Airways facilities won't do anything about it. We need to raise the line level coming in from air-to-ground frequencys!
