Narrative:
While back-taxiing to runway 33; the right wing hit a 4 ft tall; 2 inch diameter pvc pipe. This pipe was painted green. Its purpose is to hold a sign telling pilots to use 122.9. This is a hazard. A cessna would have cleared it; but it is redundant and nonstandard.
