Narrative:
On may/tue/05; I replaced a coalescer bag on a water separator on a DC9 aircraft X. The next day; the aircraft had to make an emergency descent to 10000 ft from FL330 and diverted to ZZZ1 where the mechanic there found a loose clamp on the water separator I had changed.

Title: A DC9 IN CRUISE AT FL330 DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED DUE TO LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION. FOUND WATER SEPARATOR CLAMP LOOSE.
Narrative: ON MAY/TUE/05; I REPLACED A COALESCER BAG ON A WATER SEPARATOR ON A DC9 ACFT X. THE NEXT DAY; THE ACFT HAD TO MAKE AN EMER DSCNT TO 10000 FT FROM FL330 AND DIVERTED TO ZZZ1 WHERE THE MECH THERE FOUND A LOOSE CLAMP ON THE WATER SEPARATOR I HAD CHANGED.
