Narrative:
We were departing on runway 9 in bos. After calling V1 I spotted an A330 rotating just prior to our intersection of runway 9/15R. The airbus was departing on runway 15R. The captain was the PF and did not yet see the airbus. I stated out loud; 'keep it down' as I pushed the yoke forward to prevent the captain from rotating as we would collide in the intersection. The airbus passed directly over our aircraft at a wheel/tail ht that I estimate was less than 50 ft. After we cleared the intersection; the captain rotated the aircraft and we reported the incident to tower and proceeded without further incident. After landing; bos tower admitted the mistake to the captain on the telephone and thanked us for keeping the aircraft on the runway allowing the A330 to pass overhead.

Title: B737 DEP FROM RWY 9 AT BOS OBSERVED CONFLICTING A330 DEP FROM RWY 15R AND DELAYED ROTATION TO AVOID A330 XING OVERHEAD.
Narrative: WE WERE DEPARTING ON RWY 9 IN BOS. AFTER CALLING V1 I SPOTTED AN A330 ROTATING JUST PRIOR TO OUR INTXN OF RWY 9/15R. THE AIRBUS WAS DEPARTING ON RWY 15R. THE CAPT WAS THE PF AND DID NOT YET SEE THE AIRBUS. I STATED OUT LOUD; 'KEEP IT DOWN' AS I PUSHED THE YOKE FORWARD TO PREVENT THE CAPT FROM ROTATING AS WE WOULD COLLIDE IN THE INTXN. THE AIRBUS PASSED DIRECTLY OVER OUR ACFT AT A WHEEL/TAIL HT THAT I ESTIMATE WAS LESS THAN 50 FT. AFTER WE CLRED THE INTXN; THE CAPT ROTATED THE ACFT AND WE RPTED THE INCIDENT TO TWR AND PROCEEDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. AFTER LNDG; BOS TWR ADMITTED THE MISTAKE TO THE CAPT ON THE TELEPHONE AND THANKED US FOR KEEPING THE ACFT ON THE RWY ALLOWING THE A330 TO PASS OVERHEAD.
