Narrative:
While flying the riced.RICED2 arrival into hpn; we lost reception of the bdr VOR near the keyed intersection. We immediately tried to call ATC to tell them we needed a vector since we could no longer fly the arrival. ATC was very busy and didn't answer immediately. We did our best to turn blindly on the arrival and query ATC again. ATC answered and provided radar vectors for the rest of the arrival. ATC was advised that bdr was being jammed by a commercial FM radio station. The bdr VOR operates on the 108.8 VHF frequency. Hpn ground control was also advised of the problem.
