Title: AN EMB145 WAS DISPATCHED AFTER AN AUXILIARY POWER UNIT REPLACEMENT WITH TECH'S HAND TOOLS IN THE APU COWLING.
Narrative: WHILE RETURNING THE APU COWLING; PUTTING BACK THE DUCTS INSIDE; I SET MY TOOLS ON THE COWLING AND ACCIDENTALLY FORGOT THAT I HAD MY TOOLS ON IT.
